Kennedy Town is undergoing major transition and is set to be the next hot area in Hong Kong.
Over 1,200 apartments are to be finished in the area by the end of 2004. Developments are being completed by major developers including Hong Kong Land, New World Development and The Urban Renewal Council.
The area is a 5-minute drive to Central and is well serviced by public transport. It is located on the edge of Victoria Harbour and offers uninterrupted views. The MTR is scheduled to be extended through Kennedy Town and at least one stop will be provided. |
