Victoria Allan - Managing Director
Victoria is well known in Hong Kong property circles as the founder and Managing Director of Habitat Property, a blue chip property services business. Habitat manages property transactions for both individuals and multinational corporations. Its blue chip client list includes Standard Life Investments. Victoria has previously developed a number of properties concurrently with running Habitat. Previously Victoria was a senior executive with Colliers Jardine and Davnet. She is a registered valuer Australia. She has a BA from Curtin University in Perth, Australia.
Roy McKelvie - Non Executive Director
Roy is Managing Director of Gresham Private Equity, a leading Australian investment business with in excess of A$400m under management. He was previously based in Hong Kong where as Managing Director he ran DB Capital Asia, the private equity investment business of Deutsche Bank. Prior to this he was a Director of 3i plc in Europe. Notable property companies he has invested in include Vico Properties plc and Halladale plc (which subsequently listed on the London Stock Exchange). He has a BSc in Engineering from Strathclyde University and an MBA from Edinburgh University.
